Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, logging in with Discord, or purchasing any product from UltraCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Digital products & licenses

UltraCore sells digital software licenses. Each purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the product for the tier and duration purchased (day, week, month, year, or lifetime). License keys are delivered to your account after payment is confirmed and are tied to the Discord account that made the purchase.

3. Payments & refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once a license key has been issued, except where required by law or at UltraCore's discretion.

4. Discord account

Access to your UltraCore account is authenticated exclusively through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account, as anyone with access to it can access your UltraCore purchases and license keys.

5. Prohibited use

Reselling, sharing, or redistributing license keys without authorization, attempting to circumvent product licensing, or abusing the platform in any way may result in account suspension without refund.

6. Changes to these terms

UltraCore may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
